Wright Party Bus reserves the right to refuse to transport people who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who are annoying other passengers. The customer also understands that Aall In Limo & Party Bus does not maintain any insurance policy other than fleet insurance coverage. The customer agrees to reimburse any sums spent by Wright Party Bus, including attorneys' fees and collection fees. The total price is subject to change if fuel prices increase by more than 20%, or if there are changes in federal, state, or local laws or market conditions that require Wright Party Bus to incur additional expenses or modify the bus before the event. Wright Party Bus reserves the right to require all passengers to sign its standard liability waiver form for participants.
They will not be responsible for passengers who have consumed alcohol before, on board, or after completing the trip.
